What will this role achieve?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages resources, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures that all project objectives are met efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Commercialisation

  • Process enablement

  • Cross-functional integration

  • Risk mitigation: identify projects at risk, remove obstacles quickly and efficiently, implement mitigation measures, Ensure tight control of project scope, action standards and guardrails, with clear approval process throughout the commercialization phase

  • Project portfolio consolidation

Release Product Portfolio for yearly AOP exercise

Drive innovation & renovation projects through the process currently in place

  • Organise cross functional project kick-off

  • Build master timeline with relevant milestones for all channels

  • Lead cross functional meetings to track on progress

  • Own NPD process to collect all specs and cross functions’ approvals

  • Brief packaging suppliers to collect costings & specs

  • Create production Line forms for costings and pick & pack

  • Own Master data accuracy with finance (PLC status and delisting process)

  • Centralize product specifications to streamline new customer listing support for sales.

Manage artwork development process

  • Adjust Global Marketing Copy to regional requirements

  • Collect all functions' input (Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Packaging Engineer) per packaging component

  • Manage artwork validation flow via external platform

  • Liaise with suppliers and coordinate prepress process

What do you need for this role?

Experience:

  • Proven Project Management experience

  • Process enablement skills

  • FMCG experience

  • Commercial acumen

  • Strong communication and cross functional team working

  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
