Our client is a growing real estate company in Cambodia, focused on community-centered projects for the emerging middle class. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple development projects, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure quality, cost, schedule, and compliance targets are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution from inception to completion.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and master programs.
- Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and contracts, ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality, safety, and ESG compliance on site.
- Manage project handover, defect rectification, and operational readiness.
- Report progress, dashboards, and key updates to senior management.
