Bachelor’s Degree (S1) minimum, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Able to prepare and communicate detailed project progress reports, including identifying potential risks and obstacles
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in construction cost estimation is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare and present regular progress reports to management
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
