TITLE: Project manager
Shift: US working time (2 pm - 10 pm local)
The Rigging team is responsible for managing and executing field service tasks in coordination with internal NCR representatives and subcontractors.
& Key Areas of Responsibility:
Rigging Team Responsibilities
Task Intake & Coordination
Receive task requests from internal NCR representatives.
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all jobs assigned to each project manager (PM).
Subcontractor Management
Solicit and gather quotes from various subcontractors.
Negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective execution.
Search for and vet new subcontractors to expand the network.
Job Scheduling & Execution
Develop and maintain job schedules.
Create and manage work orders in Field Nation.
Ensure all tasks are completed by subcontractors on the scheduled day of work.
Quality Assurance & Deliverables
Review all deliverables submitted for each job.
Forward deliverables to the internal NCR PM.
Approve completed work orders for payment in Field Nation.
Site Surveys
Collect all required information using the site survey form.
Review survey data and draft the Statement of Work (SOW) along with hardware and out-of-scope (OOS) recommendations.
Provide quotes based on survey findings.
Meetings & Communication
Participate in internal and client review calls related to surveys and site work
Basic Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Analytical skills
Proficient English Level (both verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel skills
and aptitude for learning other analytics tools
