Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a mandatory Lean Six Sigma certification to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and drive measurable performance improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, process mapping, root cause analysis) to improve operational efficiency
• Identify process gaps, eliminate waste, and implement scalable solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Track KPIs and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and performance targets
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Certification (any belt required)

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
