About Job:

• Project Planning & Coordination
  Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality Control) to align on transfer objectives.
• Risk Management
  Identify potential risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, compliance gaps) and implement mitigation strategies.
  Conduct post-transfer audits to validate operational stability.
• Stakeholder Communication
  Provide regular updates to management and clients via progress reports.
  Resolve conflicts between internal teams and external vendors in every phase.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
  Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and internal quality protocols.
  Validate equipment calibration and process validation post-transfer

About You:

• Education：Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering; PMP certification preferred.

• Experience：5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Language：Fluent in English.
• Technical Skills：
  Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Soft Skills：
  Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities.
  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
