About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to become part of Zenitech’s Project Management community, collaborating with peers across accounts and contributing to shared delivery standards and ways of working.

This role is for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, growing delivery organization - someone who wants to actively shape how we work, improve our delivery practices, and contribute across accounts and shared initiatives. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and clients, sometimes owning an account end-to-end, and at other times partnering with fellow PMs to support delivery across multiple projects.

What you will do

  • Lead software delivery projects from planning to release, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, timelines, and quality expectations

  • Choose and tailor the right delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs

  • Define scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resourcing together with stakeholders

  • Own project planning, tracking, and reporting (status, risks, dependencies, KPIs)

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and delivery risks across multiple projects

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders

  • Support release planning, UAT, and go-live activities

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Waterfall / Hybrid / Agile delivery

  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel

  • Confident stakeholder manager with clear, structured communication

  • Data-driven mindset (KPIs, delivery metrics, progress tracking)

  • Experience with different engagement models (T&M, fixed price, outcome-based)

  • Solid experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice-to-have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification

  • Background in software services or consultancy environments

  • Experience with subsidy-funded projects

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

  • Technical background (development, QA, analysis)
