WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Role: 

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team at CoolIT Systems in Calgary, AB. The Project Manager will oversee key projects, such as the development of Coolant Distribution Units, Passive Coolant Loops, and Rack Manifolds. The role involves managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating a cross-functional team of engineers and other professionals. Responsibilities include monitoring project performance, managing risks, ensuring quality, and leading collaboration across teams. The Project Manager will also report on project status and handle any changes in scope, schedule, or costs.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage project scope, requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee deliverables from a cross-functional team including engineers, supply chain, and production.
• Monitor and control risks, quality, and key project metrics related to schedule, cost, and quality.
• Lead projects, removing any obstacles that could delay progress.
• Work with product development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
• Track and report project status using relevant tools and metrics.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using proper change management processes.
• Hold regular meetings to ensure effective communication and timely management of project risks.

WHO YOU ARE: 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Project Management experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects related to hardware and electromechanical designs
• Proficiency in PLM, PM and ERP systems (especially Arena/SolidWorks Vault, ClickUp/MSProject, NetSuite/Oracle respectively)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance or industry standards (ISO 9001).

• Strong Communication - Ability to clearly convey goals, timelines, and status updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
