We are looking for a hands‑on, cross‑functional Project Manager to lead products from early development through full‑scale production.
The role requires close daily collaboration with R&D, Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and QA to ensure technical readiness, material availability, and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end project execution from R&D to mass production (NPI).
- Monitor engineering progress, identify risks, and ensure all development steps are completed.
- Ensure material readiness, track shortages, resolve production blockers.
- Drive issues back to R&D for root‑cause solutions (not temporary fixes).
- Improve supply chain processes, manage ECO impacts, and optimize workflows.
- Coordinate between production, logistics, procurement, and engineering teams.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management.
- 4+ years of experience as a Planner/Project Manager in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong understanding of production, planning, and material flows.
- Excellent English; advanced Excel, Macros, VBA.
- Experience with ERP (Oracle/Priority) and Agile.
- Independent, fast learner, analytical, highly organized, and a strong team player.
