Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end project management for fast-track fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
3. Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to address evolving challenges and requirements effectively.
4. Supervise on-site progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
5. Foster clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
6. Lead project teams with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
1. Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering majors preferred.
2. Proven experience managing fast-track fit-out projects, particularly in restaurants, retail, or shopping malls.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
4. Flexibility to handle unforeseen changes while maintaining a solutions-driven approach.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
6. A goal-driven mindset focused on delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
7. In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, construction techniques, and safety compliance.
