Your Contribution

Project Management - Plans and executes projects

• organizes and leads project teams
• conducts detail planning of phases, milestones, work packages and deliverables
• delegates and coordinates work packages
• gives guidance to sub project-, work stream- and work package owners
• is accountable for driving and monitoring of project progress as well as reporting
• organizes countermeasures in case of emerging deviations from project targets
• collaborates with our machine suppliers to ensure technical requirement and delivery times are met
• represents the project internally and externally - towards the steering committee, suppliers and other entities

Engineering/ Commissioning of production lines

• Creates line setup and manufacturing concepts for future capacity expansions, but also for the introduction of new technologies based on requirements from product development
• Ensures that activities for the particular worldwide equipment supply for production lines are manageable by the project team. Is responsible for the process of planning, ordering, installing and starting off new production machines/lines
• Responsible for the coordination of the interface of required supporting units (e.g. plants, product/process development or suppliers) for the particular project

Documentation

• Documents project activities according to internal project guidelines
• Ensure all technical documents, qualification and validation documents and other relevant documentation are available and meet all specifications according to regulations and laws (e.g. environmental, safety and GMP conformity)

Continuous Improvement

• Identifies potential for improvement regarding the internal processes and procedures and actively supports and drives these
• Actively proposes technology optimizations and solution approaches to fulfill market requirements/ cost reduction

Your Profile

• Natural science or technical studies (BSc or MSc) in engineering or life sciences
• 3+ years of project management experience in leading roles
• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering/ commissioning of production lines
• pharma knowledge
• business fluent English
• user-level system knowledge: M365, SAP, MS Project, ThinkCell
• strong communication/ presentation skills
• project management methodological skills
• experience in supplier management is an advantage
• teamworker. teambuilder with leadership skills
• global travelling 10-20%
