What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
  • Ensure the communication between internal and external stakeholders with the vision of achieve the goals defined.
  • Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to new countries migration development and maintenance of a global product;
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Designing risk mitigation plan to avoid delays and wrong expectations.
  • Follow closely the development of solutions following the best practices and patterns guarantying the overall alignment between cross teams.
  • Be the responsible to identify good opportunity of knowledge and workforce transfer between our cross structures, organizing and documenting it.
  • Handle planning and breaking down large projects into milestones and identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Managing relationship between teams, stakeholders and clients.
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Make the process and status clear to the team and cross ones.
  • Ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
  • Must create the environment to give the team the ability to enable solutions for complex problems.
  • Interview new talents and balance the skills.
  • Managing large and diverse teams; Lead the development team and guarantee the health of the team, motivation and capacitation.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, Industrial engineer, or a related field;
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus;
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
  • Experience with Agile projects is a plus;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus;
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Experience with Agile Frameworks (Scrum or similar);
