Uplight is seeking a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for executing and delivering projects for our utility clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. How you will make an impact:The Technical Project Manager will join our Delivery team and lead cross-functional projects. You will be working closely with our client and partners to help ensure that each project scope is successfully delivered, in a timely manner - ensuring customers are able to actualize the full value of their solution. As a Technical Project Manager you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Support to deliver and advocate for our customers. Successful Technical Project Managers have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall methodologies applied to client facing implementations. As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be proficient in managing the project scope, tracking progress, identifying and managing risks, maintaining an accurate schedule, and effectively communicating with clients. You should be comfortable with escalating both internally and externally. This role requires someone who is extremely well organized, able to understand technical concepts, and skilled at crafting key messaging into a digestible format for customers. Technical Project Managers must develop a good understanding of Uplight products and solutions in order to effectively deliver value for clients.This role will report to the Manager, Implementation, and will work primarily on North American Client accounts.What you will contribute:
