About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT services to lead and deliver technology projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage and deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
