Our client is a reputable contracting firm based in Sharjah, seeking a Project Manager Site with proven experience in G+10 commercial building projects The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Sharjah and demonstrate a solid track record in managing construction sites from initiation to completion.
Oversee day-to-day site operations for G+10 commercial projects
Manage and coordinate project timelines, subcontractors, and site staff
Ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules
Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities in Sharjah
Monitor site safety, compliance, and quality control procedures
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction, including G+10 commercial projects
Minimum 2 years experience working in Sharjah
Strong knowledge of local regulations, Sharjah Municipality procedures, and safety standards
Proven leadership and site management skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
