Enterprise Precast Concrete is looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. As a leading precast concrete manufacturer, we take pride in providing high-quality precast components for large-scale construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Track and report project performance metrics to management
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
