Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Planning and managing the project from the IT, communication and business perspective, including contributing to the refining of the platform’s architecture, structure, and user experience, and providing support to users.
  • Monitoring content completeness and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely content availability.
  • Overseeing platform governance, user access, and security policies.
  • Communication with stakeholders, drafting notes and ensuring the follow-up.
  • Developing, managing and supporting online community.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and business cases to guide strategic decisions on platform upgrades and transitions (e.g., possible Confluence Wiki to SharePoint migration).
  • Organising and delivering meetings, webinars and trainings for internal and external users, including drafting documentation (such as user and web procedure manuals), preparing coaching materials, and presenting projects and tools on online communication platform to ensure effective use (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira).
  • Creation and management of the online collaborative sites (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira).

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field 7 and years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of following tools: Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, MS Teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
  • Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
  • Ability to take decision in case of issues efficiently and fast.
  • Able to cope with the fast-changing technologies used in collaborative platforms and self-service (no-code) software management.
  • Ability to give business and technical presentations.
  • Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents and other papers.
  • Fluent in English at least at a level C1.
