• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams within the Land Simulation unit to design, develop, and deploy advanced training and simulation systems.
• Drive project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including engineering, R&D, and business development to integrate technological innovations into solution offerings.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers and suppliers, to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
• Implement best practices in quality assurance and risk management to sustain high standards in system development and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, products, and training methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support talent development within the team by mentoring, coaching, and facilitating professional growth initiatives.
