Main Resposibilities:

• 
  Project Integration Management: Oversee the integration of workstreams and projects within the "DC Migration" program to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
• 
  Manage Project Parameters: Ensure the management of costs, scope, quality, and time throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize project tasks, ensuring accurate resource allocation and timely delivery.
• 
  Supervise & Monitor Teams: Track the performance of project teams, manage timesheets, monitor workloads, and optimize resource usage.
• 
  Risk Management: Identify potential risks, define mitigation strategies, and report critical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• 
  Documentation & Quality Assurance: Supervise project documentation and ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed on time.
• 
  Team & Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with internal teams and external suppliers,
  ensuring all deliverables are met.

Requirements

• 
  Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the financial industry or related sectors (insurance, telecommunications, consulting).
• 
  SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• 
  Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Clarity, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• 
  Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for international project management.
• 
  Time & Resource Management: Ability to manage project team time, identify risks, and allocate resources effectively.
• 
  Problem-Solving & Goal Setting: Strong skills in problem-solving, setting clear and achievable goals, and managing project challenges.
• 
  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders, manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and work under pressure.
