Project Manager
who is fluent in English and comfortable working directly with clients.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and communication flows between clients, vendors, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow into a

position over time.

• 
  Coordinate client projects from kickoff through completion, tracking progress, deliverables, and deadlines
• 
  Manage communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors or specialists
• 
  Facilitate meetings and status check-ins, ensuring action items are captured and followed up
• 
  Maintain and update project trackers and dashboards (they use tools like Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace)
• 
  Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• 
  Anticipate and flag risks or delays early, proactively offering solutions
• 
  Support client onboarding and training efforts when needed

Requirements

• 
  3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in technology, digital marketing, or consulting environments
• 
  Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• 
  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• 
  Familiarity with project management and communication tools
• 
  Able to work independently, think critically, and bring solutions to the table
• 
  Experience working remotely and across time zones is a plus
