This is you

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in custom or product software development.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Dynamic, agile, and adaptable with a responsible and goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Czech language (business level).

• Oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage complex proposals and apply advanced quality management practices.
• Embrace innovation and modern approaches, moving beyond traditional corporate project management styles.
