On behalf of our client Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join our clients team.
Job Responsibilities:
To coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers for the proper execution of projects.
To define the purpose and objectives of the project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
To develop a detailed project implementation plan and monitor its execution.
Supervise all aspects of the project.
To set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, work plans, and related costs.
To measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
To report issues to the management as needed.
To perform all tasks related to the assigned role.
To ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget.
Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Required a bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering Or degree in mechanical engineer, a similar experience preferably in the Marine sector, or previous experience in the field compatible with the role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail.
Team leader aptitude.
