
General Job Description: The Project Manager is expected to develop and maintain a client base, manage sales of your assigned product, and coordinate the field labor needs for each project in conjunction with field leadership. The Project Manager will use judgement and discretion in representing the company. He/she is expected to show a high level of commitment and involvement with his/her work and the company's business.

Project Management
Understand financial aspects of the job
Build and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Effective communication with internal and external customers
Utilize internal resources to fullest extent necessary to meet the customer requirements
Mentoring – act as mentor to others assigned by your supervisor and actively participate in recruiting, training, and coaching of sales staff to support department initiatives and growth

Typical hours: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:00 am and ending as late as at 8:00 pm depending on the needs of the day. There are often weekend hours and evening hours required as well as part of your job
Travel: Based on business needs to and from the primary office to regional branch offices and job sites. Varying work in varying locations.
Competitive Wages:
$72,000 to $108,000 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
