Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will own the full delivery of client projects, working closely with Partners. You will:

  • Lead entire project teams across multiple modules and industries
  • Define project approach, scope, and deliverables with senior leadership
  • Manage client relationships at executive level, ensuring impact and alignment
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for team members- Contribute to business development and thought leadership

Qualifications

We are looking for talents with the following criteria:

- Bachelor’s / Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred)

- Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity / venture capital, or other relevant fields

- Minimum 1 year of Project Manager (or equivalent title) experience at a global management consulting firm

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching junior staff

- Excellent Korean and English language skills, both written and verbal

- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities

- Track record of delivering impact and building client trust
