Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Act as the main point of contact between Japanese clients and internal teams
Communicate, translate, and interpret requirements (Japanese ↔ English)
Create project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, etc.)
Conduct client meetings, reviews, and progress updates in Japanese
Ensure quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence
Resolve issues and escalate risks when necessary
uired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or N3 (mandatory)
8–10 years of experience in project management
Experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-facing projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
