Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Onsite Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our no-code platform and manage the delivery of multiple products built using it. The role demands strong technical understanding, agile project leadership, and the ability to handle multiple fast-paced product initiativesincluding AI-powered applicationswithin a unified framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the no-code platform.

• Manage parallel projects involving various SaaS and AI-based products developed using the platform.

• Collaborate closely with platform architects, developers, product managers, and AI teams.

• Define and manage project scope, sprint plans, milestones, and team allocations.

• Establish standardized processes and governance for platform-based product development.

• Conduct Agile ceremonies, track project velocity, and continuously optimize team performance.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery including QA, UAT, deployment, and support readiness.

• Ensure alignment between business goals, platform capabilities, and product strategies.

• Report progress, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership.

• Drive innovation, scalability, and quality across all projects.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software/SaaS environments.

• Proven ability to manage product and platform teams simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and rapid application development.

• Experience delivering AI or automation-driven applications is a significant plus.

• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work closely with both business and engineering teams.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
