Job Mandate
Provides governance, oversight and strategic alignment for the portfolio of programs / projects
Standardize practice and reporting thereby arriving at consistent senior management reporting
Work closely with project managers in keeping the project status up to date including arriving at key issues / risks / open log registers
Foster strong collaboration between Technology, Business and Vendors. Promote continuous improvement mind-set
Work Experience
At least 8+ years of program / project management experience; proven track record in managing large scale/complex programs
Ability to lead senior management discussions / presentations; should be hands-on in PMO functions (process, standards, governance and reporting)
Lead and support in preparation of business cases targeting to level of internal governance need
Knowledge Area
Preferably experienced with banking and financial service sector (wealth, trust, treasury etc)
