Lead and coordinate project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.
Conduct regular meetings with consultants, contractors, and authorities; monitor progress and resolve issues.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones.
Manage change requests, variation orders, and schedule recovery plans.
Oversee QAQC inspections, safety compliance, and environmental standards.
Administer contracts, certify payments, and manage defect rectification through Defects Liability Period (DLP).
