Job Description

To manage Service interventions and ensuring customer expectations are met whilst contributing to the overall financial targets of the Service Business Unit, driving customer satisfaction by effectively offering support and proactive promotion of technical solutions on (spares parts, upgrades and services) that will result in improved performance on customer side

 Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years in Project Management or Project Engineering experience
  • Technical sales and customer facing roles in the packaging or beverage industry
  • SAP experience in project management
  • MS Office (Including MS Projects/Project)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skill
    Advantageous
  • Technical experience in the Packaging or Beverage industry
