• 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Opportunity

Join our ICT Planning & Portfolio Management team as we deliver key initiatives for the year ahead!

We’re looking for someone proactive to support:

• Intranet Redesign - help shape and implement a modern, user-friendly experience.
• Cybersecurity Projects – contribute to critical security enhancements for next year.
• Other Strategic Projects – provide flexible support across ICT initiatives as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in ICT projects, intranet platforms, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline
• 3 – 5 years Project Management experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized

Technical Skills & Tools:

• SharePoint / Microsoft 365 – for intranet and collaboration solutions.
• Planview or similar portfolio management tools – for project tracking and reporting.
• Agile methodologies – familiarity with boards and iterative delivery.
• Cybersecurity fundamentals – understanding of security principles and compliance.
