Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within scope, timeline, and budget. You will also be tasked with monitoring project progress and delivering timely updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and set clear project timelines and milestones

  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project components

  • Regularly update stakeholders, clients, and internal teams on project status

  • Assign tasks and provide coaching and support to project team members

  • Ensure project goals are met in line with client expectations and business objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management

  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

Candidate Requirements

  • Industry Background: Must have experience in IT service-based companies (Not product-based)

  • Project Types: Websites, Mobile Applications, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)

  • Technology Stack Exposure:

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular (MEAN), React Native, Flutter

  • Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Java, PHP

  • Full Stack: MERN, MEAN

  • Nice to Have: Exposure to Web3 project management
