[포지션 개요]
본 포지션은 본사로부터 제공되는 설계 자료를 기반으로 국내 제작사와 협력하여 프로젝트를 수행하는 역할입니다.
설계 검토, 제작·품질 관리, 고객 기술 지원 등 프로젝트 전 주기에 걸쳐 다양한 기술 및 관리 업무를 담당합니다.
[주요 업무]
1. 설계 검토 및 기술 지원
- 도면 및 기술 사양 검토
- 기본·상세 설계 및 현장 맞춤 설계 지원
- 설치 및 시운전(Commissioning) 기술 지원
- 기술 문서 관리 및 본사 커뮤니케이션
2. 발주 및 제작 관리
- 국내/해외 제작업체 평가 및 선정 지원
- 견적 요청서(RFQ) 작성 및 발주 계획 검토
- 제작 일정 추적, 품질 검사 및 납품 관리
3. 프로젝트 관리
- 고객·협력업체·본사 간 기술 및 일정 조율
- 프로젝트 일정/마일스톤 관리
- 비용 검토, 변경 관리 및 승인 문서 대응
- 프로젝트 회의(Kick-off, Handover) 진행
4. 고객 기술 대응
- 고객 요청 사항 및 기술 문의 대응
- Pre-sales 기술 지원 및 영업 협업
- 사후 서비스 지원 및 현장 기술 대응
5. 문서 및 보고 관리 / 영업 개발 지원
- 기술 자료, 도면, 계약 및 검사 문서 관리
- 보고서 작성 및 고객·본사 커뮤니케이션
- 기존 고객 지원 및 신규 사업 기회 발굴
