About the role:

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at ITQ, you will be responsible for challenging cloud and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate internal and external delivery teams, work closely with technology partners such as VMware, IBM, RedHat, AWS, and Microsoft, and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner.

Your core activities will include:

• Management and control of customer projects in the areas of digitalization, automation, and process optimization.

• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (consulting, engineering, IT, partner companies) and close coordination with customers and stakeholders.

• Structuring and monitoring of project processes, including schedule, budget, and quality control.

• Communication with customers at the management and departmental level, ensuring transparency and goal orientation.

• Risk management and reporting: Early identification of challenges, derivation of countermeasures, and preparation of status reports.

• Support in the further development of project management methods and standards within the ITQ Group.

Who you are

• You have a completed degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in project management or consulting, ideally in technology-driven environments.

• Structural, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Quick comprehension and ability to grasp complex issues rapidly and translate them into practical measures.

• Confident manner and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels.

• Experience with classic and agile project management methods.

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL4, PMI PMP, IPMA, Scrum Master, or comparable qualifications are desirable.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
