The Role

As a Project Manager at Zenitech, you’ll join a long-term engagement with a major global client in the entertainment and technology space, supporting multiple ongoing initiatives across partner onboarding and digital content management. Your work will span services that automate how external partners register, gain access to key applications, manage their accounts, complete compliance steps, and interact with training or agreement workflows. You’ll also oversee delivery of a full-stack platform that manages regional terms of service and provides business teams with a modern self-service admin tool. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, keep delivery on track, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure that complex, multi-team initiatives run smoothly from planning through execution. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position where you’ll bring structure, clarity, and dependable delivery across a set of highly visible projects.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and provide regular project updates
• Recommend and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture across technical and non-technical members
• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT consulting or software development
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
