💻 THE JOB

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Project Manager for an national project in the banks sector.

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

IT mission consists in the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a new IT requirement expressed by a client, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines and the Group’s applicable best practices of IT Governance. The candidate must be a very Senior BPM and have technical knowledge of our technology and good inerpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and goal oriented, plus the following:

• Ability to manage a project;
• Ability to anticipate, plan and roll out a project, from end-to-end, with respect to time and resource constraints (both budget and people), with internal or external people, in order to reach the defined goal;
• Ability to define and apply a project methodology;
• Ability to anticipate and handle risks associated with the project.

Main Tasks:

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes and the sponsor’s expectations;
• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors;
• Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context;
• Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach others.
