Job Description

Our client is a long established and one of the leading general building main contractors in Hong Kong, they are principally engaged in construction and maintenance projects in Hong Kong and construction projects in Macau. They are inviting a high calibre candidate for the following vacancy:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Director / Senior Project Manager in managing the development of a capital project
• Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as scheduling requirements of the project
• Ensure all construction activities with high quality construction standards
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, consultants and contractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering discipline
• MHKIE (The Hong Kong Institution of Engineering) or equivalent
• C+20 managing construction project
• At least 15 years as MC PM or above (at least 3 years not less than HK$1,000m)
• At least 6 years or above experience of post-qualification experience than the minimum number of years specified in cavern/tunnel excavation contracts with transverse cross-sectional area of not less than 100 square metres using drill and blast method
• At least 1-year experience as a PM / CM in NEC Contract or accredited NEC PM and have registered on the list of the concerned institution / institute
