We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. This role includes high ownership and accountability of the tasks.
Requirements:
● Taking ownership of critical projects, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing
effective communication between key clients, internal teams & partner agencies.
● Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and
driving future demand.
● Excellent resource management and problem-solving abilities
● Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
● Analyzing internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
● Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for
service delivery upgrades.
● Leverage our best-in-industry data analysis to influence & lead critical thinking with the client
and our internal teams
● Providing consultancy on Product management, Marketing strategy & spending management,
and Tech related GTMs.
● Analyzing the structure of a business, understanding its goals, and advising technical and
non-technical stakeholders on how to achieve those goals through technology.
● Creating product documentation, user flows, and rough wireframes, and working with
designers to refine the customer experience into a polished, shippable product.
● Working with the Technical team to ensure that they understand what the customer wants to
achieve, all the way through to detailed specifications.
● Offering advice on product management, marketing strategy and budget management, and
GTMs connected to technology.
● Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing
improvement activities wherever necessary
● Analyzing the SOW in order to gain a complete overview of the key client needs and
requirements.
