Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to help drive a successful and timely delivery of products and services. You will be contributing to an integrated platform designed to optimize and secure business meetings and governance.

You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring efficient collaboration across teams, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring seamless execution of programs. Your ability to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and optimize processes will be essential in delivering high-quality outcomes.

What you will do

• Navigate between Program Management and Project Management duties as needed
• Develop and maintain a clear program roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, scope, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and program performance metrics.
• Regularly report on program progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps and quarterly planning, and have the ability to propose and implement plans that ensure the success of the program.
• Identify and manage complex dependencies among products, teams, business units, proactively addressing potential risks and changes, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Motivate team members by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and clearly communicating goals and expectations to ensure everyone feels valued and driven towards shared success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in technology program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and experience collaborating and reporting to executive leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and prior experience in software engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to navigate and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills to achieve successful outcomes, align with organizational goals, and overcome complex challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Airtable, LucidChart, and/or Miro.
• Project Management and Scrum Master certifications are a plus
