Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do:

  • Manage engineering projects, including overall integrated project plans, product cost, technical details, resource management, budgets, and tooling investments.
  • Provide direction to the project team including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions.
  • Manage a project within the triple scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to align customer and internal technical requirements.
  • Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables.
  • Analyze project profitability forecasts appropriate monthly costs for revenue recognition and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Skilled in crafting detailed project schedules that cover all engineering, installation, and integration activities, including meaningful milestones imposed by external entities that can impact project implementation.
  • Balance both in-depth details and high-level executive summary regarding project-specific requirements.

What We Are Looking For:


We need a candidate who has a strong project management background and can effectively collaborate and lead teams to achieve our high-reaching goals.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the material handling industry or related
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Project Management background is a must
  • Team leadership and facilitation skills are a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
  • Your ability to closely resolve project requirements and lead your team to success will be critical in this role.
  • English verbal and written is a must
