We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience (15+ years) in bridge Construction Management and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client
• Proven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance.
