Job Description

1. Coordinate with the different areas the right resources (people, machinery, equipment among others) to successfully accomplish the project milestones. 

1. Perform follow up to the program tasks specified in the timeline to ensure that everything goes as planned regarding time and costs. 

1. Ensure that the program time line is updated according to the activities executed and modify those with a potential change on execution. 

1. Perform follow up to the day to day activities that may cause delay in the project schedule, aiming always to minimize risks to the project. 

1. Asses risks, communication and support to create action plans to minimize the risks that can affect the program. 

1. Prepare cost execution reports and analyze them to provide a status on budget to the project stakeholders. 

1. Transfer the knowledge acquired in the project since its beginning to the production floor by creating the necessary documents and making sure that the documents are completed as necessary. 

1. Document the input and outputs of each extrusion and thermoforming trials, to keep record and lessons learned during the processes. 

1. Ensure that the necessary training is provided to the people involved in the project specially in the plant area.  

1. Understand statistical analysis to support decision that affect the project. 
2. Support the training for Quality and Production techs by explaining the proper procedures to be conducted on the floor and the lab.
