We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our ICT Planning & Portfolio Management team as we deliver key initiatives for the year ahead! This role is Auckland based, and while we appreciate interest from candidates in other locations, we’re unfortunately not able to consider remote options for this position.

We’re looking for someone proactive to support:

• Intranet Redesign - help shape and implement a modern, user-friendly experience.
• Cybersecurity Projects – contribute to critical security enhancements for next year.
• Other Strategic Projects – provide flexible support across ICT initiatives as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in ICT projects, intranet platforms, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline
• 3 – 5 years Project Management experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized

Technical Skills & Tools:

• SharePoint / Microsoft 365 – for intranet and collaboration solutions.
• Planview or similar portfolio management tools – for project tracking and reporting.
• Agile methodologies – familiarity with boards and iterative delivery.
• Cybersecurity fundamentals – understanding of security principles and compliance.
