We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Cash & Transaction Banking Technology team, supporting key initiatives across Everyday Banking, Business Transaction Banking and Unite.
This is a 12-month maximum term opportunity based in our Gold Coast office, Surfers Paradise, with hybrid working arrangements available.
You'll be responsible for delivering customer and banker facing projects from end to end, partnering with business and technology teams to bring solutions to life. Working alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, Change Managers and Testers, you'll help define requirements, manage delivery outcomes and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Managing one or two Agile squads, you'll oversee project budgets of up to $5M+, risks and dependencies while driving delivery across API, integration and digital initiatives. If you enjoy bringing people together, solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful change, this could be the opportunity for you.
What do I need?
• Experience delivering projects end to end across business and technology environments.
• Strong Agile delivery experience within a large and complex organisation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, dependencies and governance activities.
• Confidence working within API, integration and digital delivery environments.
• Strong experience using Jira and Confluence, including managing project planning, Agile ceremonies, reporting and delivery activities from end to end.
