How you’ll make an impact:
You will effectively lead, monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, oversee project invoicing status, cost, expense and cash flow, ensure that financial reporting is up to date, all the project related documents are stored according to Hitachi Energy policies, present in project/service agreement/warranty reviews and identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
You will capture, analyse and share lessons learned throughout the project, ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed, drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
You will ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claim management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements, coordinate with Supply Chain Management, successfully procure required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
You will support Supply Chain Management in negotiation, claim and project change, act as key contact for the customer, an escalation points for project issues, build, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
You will pursuit to develop customer relationship enabling business continuation and/or sustainable business relationship and provide feedback internally to develop products, processes, operations and services.
You will ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a university degree in ,ideally in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management.
Experience in leading a team
Exposure of liaising with utilities segment customers
Quick learner, positive attitude.
Flexible for business travel when required.
