
Position: Virtual Assistant (Project Management Support)
Location: Philippines / Southeast Asia
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST (Part-time, 4 hrs/day)
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails and basic communications
Assist with project management tasks (task tracking, updates, coordination)
Handle calendar management and scheduling
Perform light research and data entry
Support internal operations, documentation, and team coordination
Take meeting notes and assist with follow-ups
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Ensure timely responses during working hours
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Must be available 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST
Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and social media platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive, resourceful, and a fast learner
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Prior VA or admin experience is a plus (even if minimal)
Additional Notes
This is a junior-friendly role, but requires someone who is reliable, responsive, and adaptable
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are more important than years of experience
