Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the Telecom world. As our Trainee you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field. The Network & Performance Engineering department is a dynamic environment where we connect telco expertise with innovative tools and data. As a Project Management Support Summer Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects. Your tasks will involve supporting project managers, organizing internal and external sessions, and creating clear and concise reports and minutes.

  • Be responsible for supporting projects & project managers
  • Originating Nokia internal and external sessions
  • Compiling reports and minutes in a well-structured and easily-to-understand way
  • Create and maintain inputs for in-house developed tools supporting documentation creation
  • Assist in content digitalization activities
  • Collect inputs from various stakeholders

Must-Have:

  • Active student status
  • Excellent English language in both writing and speaking
  • Willingness to work full-time during the summertime
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power BI, Outlook and Teams, Flow)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
