• In this role, you will further develop and optimize Jira as the central project management and portfolio management tool, ensuring efficient, transparent, and company-wide consistent usage
• Working closely with project managers and relevant stakeholders, you will enhance Jira workflows, project templates, boards, permissions, and configurations to ensure smooth and effective project execution
• You will contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic Jira usage framework that provides optimal support for project teams and establishes high-quality project management standards across the organization
• You will drive the integration of Jira into project portfolio management and support its connection with budgeting, forecasting, cost center, and financial processes, enabling informed decision-making
• By analyzing project KPIs, status information, effort tracking, and other relevant metrics, you will create transparency regarding project progress and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
• You will advise and empower project managers and teams in applying project management methodologies, tools, and standards, while creating documentation, knowledge bases, and best-practice guides in Confluence and SharePoint

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience: You have experience in project management and project controlling, ideally within software development, digitalization, or information technology environments, and are familiar with both traditional and agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge & Skills: You possess strong Jira expertise and consider yourself a power user or administrator capable of actively shaping workflows, reporting structures, and processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP PS, SAP BW, Confluence, and SharePoint completes your profile
• Personality: You stand out through your analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to align diverse stakeholder interests while driving change initiatives forward.
• Languages: You are fluent in both English and German
