We are currently seeking an accomplished Project Management Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a manager of strategic projects, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring overall orchestration.
  • Monitoring the pipeline of activities throughout the year.
  • Assessing and sharing the progress of activities, deviations from the plan, as well as risks and issues.
  • Planning and coordinating project meetings, namely ensuring agenda definition, preparation of supporting materials, leading discussions, as well as drafting meeting minutes and reports, and following up on action progress.
  • Developing documentation such as work plans, project reports, conceptual presentations, or briefings in response to specific requests.
  • Monitoring implementation and identifying recommendations/opportunities for improvement.
  • Contributing analyses on the overall status of projects and their strategic challenges.
  • Reviewing materials and preparing supporting documentation for team discussions.
  • Collecting and centralizing all information related to strategic initiatives and respective activities (e.g., deliverables, working documents, performance indicators).
  • Acting as the owner of project documentation, ensuring it is up to date and accessible.
  • Supporting internal teams in the development of specific internal communication materials (when necessary).

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience in similar roles of 2 to 4 years.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in tools: Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced).
  • Experience in project management.
  • Analytical skills and ability to organize information, for the production of executive summaries, reports, and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Strong ability to align and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Critical thinking, ability to anticipate problems, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in English (C1).
