
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Oversees the Greenville Site 6S process and procedure. Performs monthly 6S audits in work areas and hangars. Collaborates to develop 6S data management and visualization strategies. Participates in meetings with management to review 6S scores and procedure. Participate as member of the Shining Star committee and coordinate and support Shining Star award activities.
Coordinate and plan hangar‑utilization activities for both current and upcoming programs. Advise leadership on occupancy strategies to mitigate aircraft and component constraints. Participate in, and collaborate on, periodic hangar‑occupancy reviews.
Develops, plans & schedules proposals in accordance with estimating policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, USG Business System Requirements & other govt. regulations. Shapes, develops & matures business case analyses & cost methods resulting in a comprehensive bid/price strategy. Acts as the estimating lead on proposals compiling cost, schedule, & technical elements to development proposals in accordance with Request For Proposal (RFP) specs. Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, & performance elements from functional departments. Researches & analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts & determination of accuracy of functional estimates. Coordinate and leads the approval reviews and participates as a member of the contract negotiating team & interacts with DCAA /other audit agencies. Initiates process improvements to enhance productivity & efficiency within pricing & estimating functions.

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
