
You’ll join a team of Training Device Managers (TDMs) supporting the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) Training product line across the F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C variants. You’ll provide cradle-to-grave management of Training Device Equipment (TDE), working within the Logistics Field Support team to support sustainment, resolve problems, and ensure training systems remain operational and effective.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are part of the F-35 Global Sustainment organization, supporting the Training product line and the customers who rely on these systems to train F-35 pilots and maintainers. Our team works at the intersection of engineering, logistics, field support, and sustainment to ensure F-35 training equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to support operations.
You’re an experienced training or ground support equipment professional who understands the F-35 ecosystem and can effectively manage complex sustainment issues from the field through resolution.
Requires extensive background in Supply or Simulator maintenance industry within the U.S. Navy/USMC,USAF.
Experience using or maintaining F-35 Training support equipment.
Must have a working knowledge of Enterprise-Level Information Management systems.
This position requires the ability to have and maintain a Secret clearance
Additional duties may be assigned as they arise from program needs.
Able to travel to support customer needs.
Ability to work jointly with the customer and teammates to identify solutions that meet both Government’s and industry’s needs.
-Background in simulator maintenance, troubleshooting or support.
-Experience with post equipment delivery data Management.
-Ability to conduct and participated in Trade Studies.
-Experience in the Foreign Military Sales, NATO service experience, or have worked with a military operation in overseas country/countries.
-Must be able to multitask .
-Must be able to work effectively in stressful environment.
-Ability to collaborate with and integrate multifunctional teams.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
